Refund, Cancellation Policy

All purchases made from ARTISTA MYSTIKA are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns, or replacements once an order has been successfully placed and processed, except in the case of a verified damaged product supported by valid proof.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after payment confirmation.

Disclaimer of Claims

Our products are decorative artifacts inspired by traditional and cultural aesthetics. We do not make any claims regarding spiritual, financial, health, or personal outcomes. Any beliefs associated with such products are subjective and may vary from individual to individual.

Damaged Product (Limited Exception)

If the product is received in a physically damaged condition, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing:

A complete unboxing video (starting from a sealed package)
Clear images of the damaged product

Claims that do not include proper proof, incomplete unboxing video, or are raised after the specified time window will not be accepted.

Minor scratches, natural variations, or differences in finish, weight, or appearance due to material and batch characteristics shall not be considered as damage.

After verification, the resolution (such as replacement or appropriate action) will be determined at the sole discretion of ARTISTA MYSTIKA. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any claim based on the evidence provided.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

In cases such as incorrect address, non-acceptance of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, any return shipping charges, re-shipping charges, customs charges, or related costs shall be borne by the customer.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
